On : NA version, MICC Transfer to TSC

1. When the login user is the process owner, the activity assignee name is displayed as the last name of the IDCS user Account.

2. When the login user is not the process owner, the activity assignee name is displayed as the username (email address) of the IDCS user Account.

In general, the common user will not be granted the Process Owner role. When monitoring the processes and checking who is pending the activity, it is expected to see the real name instead of the email address.
