Regex Patterns Getting Failed For All Input Values

Symptoms
Regex patterns is getting failed for all values in site settings config file.
In a site settings widget, there is an input field "Email", which should ideally contain semicolon separated list of email values. For ex "<EMAIL>;<EMAIL>".
Any value entered in the "Email" result in following error.

Please correct the problems below before saving.
