EICS - Error Downloading Reports

Symptoms
We trying to execute and download reports in Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service (EICS) user is receiving the following error:
"Error downloading the report. Please try again.

com.sun.xml.ws.fault.ServerSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server: oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.AccessDeniedException: java.lang.SecurityException: Failed to log into BI Publisher: invalid username or password. Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.

Steps to reproduce:
1. 1. In EICS go to Operations -> Report.
2. Select one report and insert a valid ID as input parameter.
3. Click "Download Report" and an information popup is shown with the message "The request has been submitted. The PDF will be downloaded shortly."
4. Click "OK" and a new popup window appears with the error message "Error downloading the report. Please try again."
Note: This is happening to all reports and while using valid input parameters.
