On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Cost Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 Project Cost Centre segment not fetched in Cost Accounting

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accounting must be generated as per SLA Setup

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Mis. Receipt by passing Project Details

Tools-> scheduled process
2. Run Transfer Transactions from Inventory to Costing
3. Run Create Cost Accounting Distribution
4  Run Create accounting in draft
