[OSF] Creating A New Shipping Group Of Type "inStorePickupShippingGroup" On An Order Via The "Add shipping groups" Endpoint Does Not Assign A Default Shipping Method (Doc ID 2822494.1)

Symptoms

The Storefront code is adding a new shipping group to a current order using the Add shipping groups endpoint (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/cx-commerce/21d/cxocc/op-ccstore-v1-orders-current-shippinggroups-add-post.html) and a payload like:

The above call is creating the shippingGroup but does not assign the default inStorePickupShippingGroup shipping method to it, contrary to the behavior of the same endpoint when a new hardgoodShippingGroup is added.
