ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Edit Requisition

Wrong supplier site defaults in in Supplier Popup > Supplier Site when requisition is created from catalog/shop from existent agreement. The supplier site value is not the most current.

Agreement associated to the requisition was created a long time ago and the supplier site changed and currently agreement shows the correct, most current supplier site.

But when requisition is associated to the agreement, Edit Requisition shows old supplier site value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Supplier site in requisition to default to the most current supplier site from the agreement.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up supplier as follows
Supplier has 2 active sites
siteA
siteB

2. Set up agreement as follows
Agreement 1 was created for supplier site siteA in 2018
Agreement 1 was changed supplier site changed from supplier site siteA to supplier site siteB
Agreement 1 is the only one available for supplier

3. Create a requisition from requisition page search, select agreement line, add to cart

4. Review Requisition
correct agreement number defaults in
correct supplier defaults in supplier field

5. hover over supplier field
supplier field hover over shows
