Symptoms

On Fusion Inventory Management : 11.13.21.07.0
When attempting to run the Print Min-Max Planning Report the following error occurs.

-- Error
The process ends in error.

dummy file is deleted is displayed in the ESS log

The ESS log also displays:

EXEC_MIN_MAX, INV_Minmax_PVT.run_min_max_plan returned success

-- Expected Behaviour
The customer expects the Min-Max Planning Report to complete successfully

 -- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Scheduled Processes
2. Schedule New Process
3. Search for Min-Max Planning Report
4. Run the report with Restock set to No for the UK1001 Inventory Organization
5. Process ends in error
