Goal
During the server restart it is observed that there are no consumers initialized for the queues B2B_OUT_QUEUE and B2B_IN_QUEUE.
The root cause is due to the exception thrown during the restart process.
The exception is due to the improper EndPoint URL for AS4 listening channel.
