"503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" Error with SSEs after Upgrade to 21.4.1+ (Doc ID 2822703.1)

Symptoms

Unable to use SSEs after Cx Commerce was upgraded to 21.4.1 version.

Example:

POST /ccstorex/custom/v1/check3DSEnrollment call returns "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" error

All the custom SSEs are having issues.
Unable to download SSE log either.

Changes

Cx Commerce environment was upgraded from 21.3.8 to 21.4.1 version
