On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Setup and Configuration

When attempting to use rapid implementation for Assets, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
 "XX_GL_AREA" = 44443 "Values can be created only for independent or dependent value sets.

OR

"In value set XX_GL_AREA, the value attribute Allow Posting in column FLEX_VALUE_ATTRIBUTE1 is required." "the value attribute Summary in column SUMMARY_FLAG is required."


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the RI sheet for Asset using the Create Fixed Assets Configuration in Spreadsheet
2. Populate the template but using GL Value Set Values for one of the location segments
3. Generate the zip file
4. Upload the file
5. Run the Import
