Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.07.0 version, Data Load

When attempting to assign multiple learning items to the same employee via HSDL,
the following error occurs.

JBO-handleLogicalCreate()::oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-createLearningRecord()::oracle.jbo.JboException:
JBO-For AssignmentProfileNumber =  EXXXXXX, AssignmentProfile key attribute values do not match with values in Learning DB.
