Unable to filter search results on the date field in Manage Orders screen

"ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server’s error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #2".

Occurs when filtering by date and when the error is dismissed and scrolling through the results (without date filter, but with date left in) there is another error:

"Some error has occurred. Error received is: Cannot convert 10/26/21 12:00 AM of type class java.sql.Date to class oracle.jbo.domain.Date. Please contact System Administrator."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into MFCS.
2. Navigate to Tasks, Orders, Manage Orders.
3. In the Search area, hit the "Search" button.
4. All orders are returned as results on the bottom section of the screen.
5. Click on the funnel in the Results section. A filter box appears on top of each column.
6. Click on the calendar icon above the "Not Before Date" column.
7. Select today's date or a future date.
8. Hit enter - the ADF_FACES-60097 error pops up.
9. Click OK to close the error message pop up.
10. Scroll through the list of results anyway.
11. Pop up appears with the message "Some error occurred...".
