Symptoms
When using the OCM Toolkit: transfer-content command to copy content items and digital assets between two OCM servers, you may receive an error similar to the following when executing the upload:

This error is most commonly seen after digital assets on the source repository have been recently converted to support digital asset types (as part of a legacy conversion), or if assets have been converted to from the seeded types (Image, Video, etc.) to a custom digital asset type.
