Custom Report on Buyer Dashboard not visible

Created custom BI report and want to display that on Buyer Dashboard. As per "Customization and Extension Guide", we can add custom report on the Buyer Dashboard with the series of steps mentioned in the document.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. On the Dashboard and Report path, Click on Dashboard path
2. Click on Create button
3. Add layout item details with Layout Item type as Item, Item type as Report, URL as mentioned in the document (/WEB-INF/oracle/retail/apps/framework/contextawarereport/publicui/flow/ViewContextAwareReportFlow.xml) and Visible as Yes
4. Click Ok and then click View link to add more details
5. Add parameters
6. Save the changes
7. Save the dashboard model
8. Open the Buyer Dashboard but custom report wasn't available on the screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to view the newly created ItemUDA custom report in the Buyer Dashboard.
