Help Desk Does Not Show Newly Created ISRs (Doc ID 2824082.1)

Symptoms

Help Desk page is not showing newly created Internal Service Requests.

Steps:
Click on Help Desk tab
Click My Help
Create an internal Service Request.
The newly created SR shows in My Help Request
But it does not show when we click on HelpDesk Requests-> All Internal Help desk Request.
The last we see is the one created in the month of October.
