Symptoms
Damage Claim is being created via Select Order Releases option
The number of claim claim lines on saving is the double of the count entered
Expectation is that it is same as the entered count
For example: When a Count of 5 is entered.
On saving 10 lines are created
Expectation is it should create 5 lines
