Symptoms

In an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace Instance with Autonomous Repository job execution with the default OracleDIAgent1 (scheduled jobs or manually triggered jobs) never worked.

All the jobs can be executed successfully with Local / No Agent. The OracleDIAgent1 can be tested successfully in ODI topology but when attempting to manually run any job with OracleDIAgent1, the process hangs for a while then an error occurs with a popup message like the following:
