Is It Possible To Customize The Non-Employee Attendees UI Modal Dialog Box Using Page Composer? (Doc ID 2824257.1)

Goal

Requirement is to customize (hide some fields) on the Expenses "Create Non-Employee Attendee" UI screen.

However this UI dialog box is a modal window, and therefore does not allow to access the Page Composer tool at the same time the modal dialog window is open. Is is possible to customize this?
