ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Voluntary Deductions and Absence Entitlement Elements Not Displayed in SOE and Payslip

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All earnings, deductions, absence entitlements should be displayed in payslip.
Business employment model is based on multi assignment, so few elements are defined at assignment and few at payroll relationship level.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Elements defined at assignment level with classification as Absence, Voluntary, Involuntary Deductions not displayed in payslip;
2. As per (Doc ID 2578783.1) user added the balances and balance dimension to below balance groups but unfortunately values still not displayed in payslip:
Global Payroll Assignment Earnings Balance Group
Global Payroll Assignment Pretax Deductions Balance Group
Global Payroll Assignment Other Deductions Balance Group

Note : in XML file user is able to view balance name related to element, but there is no value for tag
