21C Feature To Synchronize Budget Balances Between Budgetary Control And GL Not Working. (Doc ID 2824452.1)

Goal

Customer is  not seeing any change/synchronization in budget balance in budgetary control and general ledger balance, after making setup changes as suggested in 21c feature "BUDGETARY CONTROL BUDGET BALANCE SYNCHRONIZATION TO DIFFERENT PERIOD NAMES AND NON BUDGETED SEGMENTS"
Customer has same calendar for GL and reporting budget and one separate calendar for control budget.

Customer has total 9 segments on GL side and 5 segments on budget side.
