For each action in the approval workflow, the employee/requestor should be notified with the current approver and the next step.

For e.g.:

1. Employee submits DOR > employee should receive submission notification

2. Line Manager approved the transaction > employee should receive notification that Line manager approved the transaction and now it went to HR officer

3. HR Officer approved the transaction > employee should receive notification that HR Officer approved the transaction and now it went to HR Manager

4. HR Manager approved the transaction > employee should receive notification that HR Manager approved the transaction and now it's Completed
