OMC: Log Analytics Alerts Occur Multiple Times for the Same Event (Doc ID 2824499.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Management Cloud (OMC) sent a "Service Started" alert suggesting start command execution at two times seventeen minutes apart (18:57 and 19:14).

This alert was issued in response to the following entries in the alert log:

The next day at 3:48, OMC issued another alert for these same alert log entries.
Repeat notifications have been turned off.
