Symptoms

User unable to create Dc to DC transfer


Steps to reproduce: 

1. Login into  RMS > Tasks > Inventory > Transfers > create Transfer > Manual Requisition > from Warehouse XXX > to Warehouse XXX > Insert delivery date > OK.
2. Transfer Details > actions Add item parent > amend quantities.
