ZENGIN Lockbox gets ORA-01427 error while　delivering Bill-To Site information.

• Site field is not specified on Alternate Name Mapping Rule
• There are 2 Primary Bill-To site on the same BU with different effective　date range

Reproduced Steps:

1. Customer Registration, 2 primary Bill-To sites on the same BU with different effective date range.
   Account Number: XXXXX
   - Site: AAAAA, Effective　date : 01/01/01 - 01/01/01, Bill-To : Primary
   - Site: BBBBB, Effective　date : 01/01/01 - Blanl   , Bill-To : Primary
   
   
2. Alternate Name Mapping
   Task: Manage Alternate Name Mapping Rules
    Customer Account Number: XXXXX
    Bill-To Site: blank
   
3. Run Process Receipts Through Lockbox with Transmission format ORA_ZENGIN_LOCKBOX.
   
   
4. Process Receipts Through Lockbox: Subprocess gets error below.
   >ARLVRL: Entered Zengin loop.
   >AR-ARLVRL: Error from arlvrl.
   >AR-ARLVAL: arlvrl returned FALSE.
   >AR-ARLVAL: Error from arlval.
   >AR-ARLPLB: arlval returned FALSE.
   >AR-ARLPLB: Error in main.
   >AR-ARLPLB: -1427 ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row
