Fusion Global HR: Employees Have Profile with No Assignment or Details (Doc ID 2824734.1)

Symptoms

We found several employee records that show no Assignment.  There was no termination and the Classic view shows two rows under the Person.  One row is blank.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Employee details should be seen in Classic and Responsive UI



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person Management - search and see employee, but there is no assignment
2. My Client Groups > Employment Info - search returns no employee
