Fusion HCM User Session Language not translating all icons and labels as expected (Doc ID 2824792.1)

Goal

When logging into Fusion HCM and selecting a Language from an existing installed Language Pack, noticed that some labels and icons are translated into the wrong language or not translated at all, which are in US English. Found that issue persists across different Fusion Applications, including Human Resource Management and Oracle Learning Cloud or OLC.
