Looking to create a PMDL rule, where the business requirement notes that the rule must grant the promotion only if

• The price of an item added to the cart is at-least $600

AND

• That item must be come from a specific category (e.g 4K-TVs)

AND

• The total amount for SKU\items in the cart should not be considered. Only the price of a single item should be considered
