Stores are getting created without a transfer zone
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check in store creation screen and confirm whether transfer zone field is mandatory.
2. Create a store through DC tool or RIB ( XStoreCre) and do not provide a value for transfer zone
3. Store gets created without transfer zone even though this is shown as mandatory field

Due to this issue, users cannot create stores without defining the transfer zone.
