Options for POM Actions do not Work unless Detached as They are Disabled (Doc ID 2825164.1)

Goal

When a job in error status and needs to be skipped, the Skip button is not getting enabled for the selected job. In fact, all the actions are disabled at this time.

Workaround: if you detach the table, select the job, and then Skip button is enabled.
