RPAS Cloud: Hardware Statistics Tile Does Not Change and Manage Workspaces (on Dashboard) Is Blank (Doc ID 2825397.1)

Symptoms

The new 19.0.008 features are not loading. On the Administration Dashboard the Hardware Statistics tile does not load, it only displays the infinity symbol. Clicking on the Manage Workspaces link (top right) the page refreshes, however, the grid does not load to show the existing workspaces.
