Deadlock Issue While Business Validation In DC Tool (Doc ID 2825572.1)

When attempting to loading NIL_DETAIL_R SKU files via DC (Data Conversion) tool, the following error occurs.

@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00060: deadlock detected while waiting for resource@2FUTURE_COST_SQL.REFRESH_DATA_STRUCTURES

Steps To Recreate:
1. Login into DC tool.
2. Import from file.
3. Data validation.
4. Business Validation.
5. Notice the above errors.
