Search For Gift Product Causes Flashing when Updating "Gift with Item Purchase" Promotion due to Infinitive (Doc ID 2825840.1)

Symptoms

When updating the gift product in "Gift with Item Purchase" promotion, search for the product by id or name in the gift product picker box will cause the whole picker to flash forever. This issue only occurs when updating an existing promotion. It doesn't occur when creating new promotion, and it doesn't occur if selecting the gift product from the product list in the dropdown.

Reproducible Steps
1. Go to https://<admin_server>/occs-admin/#!/marketing/promotions and create a "Gift with Item Purchase".

2. Search for a product by entering its ID as gift. Notice the product will show up for selection. Select it and save.

3. Click the above promotion to update, and enter another product's ID in the gift product picker box. Notice the picker is flashing forever.

4. Open browser debugger, notice following infinitive calls at Network tab:

https://<admin_server>/ccadminui/v1/products?pageResults=true&withPrices=false&fields=totalResults,offset,limit,items.id,items.displayName,items.primaryThumbImageURL&limit=250&name=<search term>
