Goal

Issue Replication Steps:
1. Go to Person Spotlight Page of Worker->Talent Ratings->Go to Section: Advancement Readiness
2. Now Select Readiness Level LOV ->The Sequence is not as per Display Sequence of HRT_READINESS look up.
