ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Warranty not getting generated for the serial items.

Hi Team,

Since 1 month, none of the instruments shipped in November have warranty created. Asset generated, but warranty not created. Reprocess install base program is scheduled for every 30 mins and it is running without any issue till date. Can you kindly check and update us to solve this issue.

Warranties should be created for service contract orders.
