View Performance Measures Resuls in Calculation Detail Shows Duplicates Measures (Doc ID 2826014.1)

Symptoms

User view the Calculation Detail for a plan component (eg. OTHER Retailers PC ) group by earning and it shows the same performance measure ( eg. % Selected_Vend_Of_Total ) multiple times.
These records are the measure result records that are in Calculation Status with error reason "ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero".
If user rerun calculation again for the same period and did not correct the error, calculation process will create ANOTHER measure result that is in Calculation Error status.

Even though this performance measure in Calculation Error is not affecting the commission amount, user is using the export to Excel from the
Calculation Detail to get information ( eg. quota ) so need the results to be displayed correctly.

STEPS
1. Create plan component with multiple performance measures.
2. Have performance measure that result in calculation error
    eg. No quota. Formula is SUM ( Credit_Amount / interval target )
3. Run Calculation
4. View result in Manage Earnings > Calculation Detail
