Wrong Message Payload While Updating Failed Message Using RIHA (Doc ID 2826104.1)

Symptoms

While editing a failed RIB message in RIB Hospital Administration (RIHA), the message gets displayed is from a different message. Thus data gets corrupted for the edited failed message.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Retrieve the RIB Record and save.
2. Retrieve the second record and the message of the first record gets displayed.
