Goal
A 2 Stage negotiation once opened for technical scoring, system is sending notification (online message) to both both technical and commercial team members.
Its unnecessary confuse by sending message to commercial team members.
.
So, requirement is if technical scoring is opened then only technical team member has to receive online message about scoring.
And if commercial scoring is opened, only commercial team member has to receive online message about scoring.
Is this feature is Available . ?
