On : 11.13.21.04.0 version, Additions

Edit a source line in Oracle Assets ends in error.

An Application Error has occurred. Incident 45.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Assets->Additions Dashboard
2. Click in the Source line and Edit
