Asset Inquiry Page Enhancement Not Working (Doc ID 2826577.1)

Goal

As part of 21C enhancement on Asset Inquiry page, if there are more than 201 records it should deliver it through a notification for that user in the bell icon.

But its giving the  popup to download and also displays message error  'Connection to the Server has failed (status=504)'.
Also it takes long time to download the file and there is no notification in the bell icon.
