On : 21.3.10 version, Agent
In the Agent Portal - Announcements section is duplicated when we navigate to other views and then come back to home page.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Steps to replicate
1. Make sure there are announcements configured.
2. Login into Agent portal. View the announcements
3. Navigate to Order search page
4. Navigate back to home page. Announcements are repeated
