Cannot Unload Orders From the UI (Doc ID 2826817.1)

On : 21.3 version, Core Product Functionality

Cannot unload orders from the UI.

Successfully unloaded 0 OBLPNs of the selected order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an OB Load in Loading in Progress status.
2. Select the details icon and select the nbr of orders.
3. Select an order and click the unload button.
4. Click OK to confirm the "unload_order."
5. Get the message -- and the order is NOT unloaded.
