Target Business Process (BP) Auto-Creation Is Not Working When Source BP Record Is Approved (Doc ID 2827003.1)

Symptoms

The Auto-creation of a destination Business Process (BP) record from an Approved source BP record is not working in some random cases.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When approving a "Source BP1" BP record, "Destination BP1" records are supposed to be auto-created through i-step, but this is not working consistently.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Production environment.
  2. Navigate to Project/Shell >BP Upper Node > "Source BP1" > +Create > Complete Required Fields > Approve > Send.
  3. The "Destination BP1" records are not consistently auto-created through iStep for Approved records.
