Symptoms

The RPAS Session Timeout variable is set to the default 35 minutes; however the user experiences a connection dropped issue well before this 35 minutes is reached.  Users in all environments are experiencing a session timeout at about 20 minutes. The connection appears to drop as the user message popup shows "Your session has expired. Click OK to log in again". User is forced to log back in.

Opening the Chrome browser Developer Tools (F12) and clicking on Network tab and Console, everything is fine until a red row in Console shows authorize?response and clicking to the right on the Timing tab shows: 19.5 min Stalled. The token is considered invalid at this point. Something upstream has invalidated the token.
