Proxy Errors Randomly Occurring When Clicking On UI Links (Doc ID 2827090.1)

Symptoms

Proxy errors randomly occurring when clicking on User Interface links,  such as a shipment ID or an order release ID.

When trying the same workflow again, it will usually work without Proxy Error exception.

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server
The proxy server could not handle the request GET/GC3/glog.webserver.util.QueryResponseServlet/

Reason: Error reading from remote server
