Inconsistent Behavior Seen For Custom Reports In ReSA Using Different Browsers (Doc ID 2827273.1)

Inconsistent behavior seen for custom reports in ReSA.
Using Firefox browser and Internet explorer at the same time using the same userid, you are able to see custom folder 'TEST1_ReSA_Reports' from Firefox but unable to see the same in internet explorer.
Similarly, you can see the custom folder 'TEST2' from internet explorer and unable to see the same in firefox browser.

The same reports should be visible regardless of which browser is being used.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create custom reports in BIP.
2. Deploy the reports in ReSA UI.
3. Tried accessing the reports from Firefox browser and Internet explorer at the same time using the same userid.

Due to this issue, users can only view certain custom reports depending on the browser that is being used.
