Symptoms

SA - Error when displaying the navigation element in the RESA Control Panel

The RESA Control Panel screen shows the following error, it does not allow us to view the sales statistics

ERROR

An error has occurred rendering the navigation item. Please contact your System Administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Sales Audit module.
2. Click on the Reports menu
3. Select the RESA Control Panel option.
