Symptoms

While booting, the messages described in the following document are shownn

DHCP Fail After Reboot With Error: "dracut-initqueue: dhclient: error while loading shared libraries: libdns-export.so.1102: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" (Doc ID 2738755.1)

however, /etc/ld.so.conf.d/bind-export-x86_64.conf is intact and the action plan does not resolve the problem.
