TRAN_OUT_BAL Flagged for Catch Weight Item

Symptoms
Getting TRAN_OUT_BAL errors when there WEIGHTABLE ITEMS transactions in RTLOG.
Steps:
1. Send an RTLOG with mix of catchweight and regular items. All with the RTLOG catchweight indicator set to N (position 377 on TITEM line)
2. After running saimptlogi, TRAN_OUT_BAL error occurs even though the thetotal sales value is equal to the Tender Line amount.
3. Issue occurs because the rounding on RESA makes use of the store's retail decimal precision (usually set as 2) , instead of 4.
For example for Catweight item 1 = Unit retail is 1.7897 whilst Qty is 13.46 with Selling UOM of LB - The total retail for this item should be 24.0894 but saimptlogi was computing it as 24.09.
