Symptoms

When the Administrator trying to submit the Absence type this error has been appear:

"An error has occurred. (ANC-3405194)
Contact your absence administrator with the following details: Module AccrualEntryId_300000010285430, Method PersonAccrualEntryEOImpl.accrualIntegrityCheck() and Error Payroll data not removed. AccrualEntryId: 300000010285430 PayrollStatus: XFR_COMPLETE PayrollMappingId: 300000002854877 AccrualPeriod: 2021-10-31 PlanId: 300000002554175 PlanEnrlId: 300000005364756 DirCardCompId: 345181 RecordDeleted: true RowStatus: A."
