Issue is that the absence taken for employee is showing up a wrong balance from what the employee has taken, there are two different cases

1. Few employees plan balance shows 16Hours but in the plan details it shows 0Hours
2. For few other employees plan balance has gone negative to -16 hours it should be 0 hours
